Right now, the only things available for download are two World Bible templates, one for Scrivener and one Excel. There’s one that’s suited more for Contemporary stories, and then another that’s suited for Paranormal. They’re very basic, but if you don’t have a bible for your books yet, then they should help get you started.
WARNING: The only way I know how to share/send a Scrivener template file is as a .zip, so that’s what these are. Feel free to run any virus scans on them as you feel necessary.
To download, simply click on the link. Your browser should ask you if you want to save the file or open–select save. Once it’s finished downloading, unzip to the folder of your choice (I have a folder specifically for templates myself). Open Scrivener. If your Scrivener opens to the New Project box, go to Options > Import Templates, and then go to the folder where you saved the template and select it. If your last project opens instead, just go File > New Project, and then follow the same steps as above from the New Project box. ** **These templates were updated June 2016.** **
NOTE: These files require Scrivener. (One of the awesomest writing programs ever. Or so I think. 😉 )
To download, simply click on the link. Your browser should ask you if you want to save the file or open–select save. When it’s finished downloading, you can either rename the file to suit your needs, or leave it as is and use it as your template for all your future bibles. I recommend renaming and saving a copy somewhere to be used as your template. These files *should* be compatible with earlier versions of Excel.
